Course description

Registration requires prior completion of either In-class or Simulator-based Core Training.

We offer Advanced Training to deepen the knowledge you have gained from Core Training and to master more complex challenges when programming cobots. In this course, you will also apply theoretical content to practical tasks directly on the robot under the guidance of our certified trainers. This course is aimed at those who want to get to know sophisticated applications with their cobots in order to evaluate their implementation in their own production processes.

When you complete the Advanced Training, you will be able to fully understand and utilize all commands in the Universal Robots “User Interface”. You will get an overview of all functionalities in a real application context. Possible areas of application for the robot become visible and methods of implementation become clear. Even complex applications can be implemented after advanced training through deep insights into URScript, Toolpath and Remote TCP. Conveyor tracking and advanced force control will also be explored in this training course.

Welcome to NEXT robotics, your training center for practical and future-oriented training with Universal Robots in Mönchweiler! Our training center has been specially designed to meet the requirements of modern robotics and offers an optimal environment for your training experience.

In Mönchweiler, experienced trainers impact practical knowledge on the programming and use of collaborative robots from Universal Robots.

Our training cells are equipped with a Universal Robots arm, two conveyor belts, an I/O simulator and a UR+ gripper to provide you with a realistic learning environment. Each cell is designed to accommodate a maximum of two participants to ensure individual attention and intensive exchange.

Our training courses not only enable you to master the operation of your Universal Robots with confidence, but also to exploit the full potential of automation for your individual requirements.
We attach great importance to practical exercises to give you a smooth introduction to the world of collaborative robotics from Universal Robots.

Free coffee and cold drinks as well as lunch are provided for your well-being during the training.

Practical information

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is received more than 5 business days before the first day of the Training a full refund will be granted. If cancellation is received less than 5 business days before the Training, the participant will be charged 50 % of the activity fee. In case of a participant not showing up for a Training without prior cancellation, the full amount will be charged.

In the event that a Training is cancelled by the Training Provider a full refund of any paid amounts will be granted.

Registration Policy

The Trainings will be open for registration up until 20 business days before the first day of the training. After this date, no further registrations will be accepted.
