Coronavirus NoticeDue to the uncertainty related to the Coronavirus, all Training Courses hosted by Universal Robots Training Facilities worldwide will be cancelled until April 13th.
In-class Trainings planned from this date and onwards will remain available for booking but may be subject to change. Any cancellations initiated by the participants, no later than 5 (five) business days before the scheduled training or earlier will result in a full refund of the Training fee. We also offer the possibility of rescheduling your participation to a later Training Course at no extra cost. Upon cancellation by Universal Robots of any training, the registered participants will be eligible for a full refund.

Through the completion of this course you will understand the background of Universal Robots and the hardware associated with the robots. This course will cover basic troubleshooting techniques and service procedures that are required when troubleshooting or repairing UR robots.

If cancellation is received more than 5 business days before the first day of the Training a full refund will be granted. If cancellation is received less than 5 business days before the training, the participant will be charged 50% of the activity fee. In case of a participant not showing up for a training without prior cancellation, the full amount will be charged.
In the event that a Training is cancelled by the Training Provider a full refund of any paid amounts will be granted.
The Trainings will be open for registration up until 5 business days before the first day of the training. After this date, no further registrations will be accepted.
