Course description

Registration requires prior completion of either In-class or Simulator-based Core Training.

We offer Advanced Training to deepen the knowledge you have gained from Core Training and to master more complex challenges when programming cobots. In this course, you will also apply theoretical content to practical tasks directly on the robot under the guidance of our certified trainers. This course is aimed at those who want to get to know sophisticated applications with their cobots in order to evaluate their implementation in their own production processes.

When you complete the Advanced Training, you will be able to fully understand and utilize all commands in the Universal Robots “User Interface”. You will get an overview of all functionalities in a real application context. Possible areas of application for the robot become visible and methods of implementation become clear. Even complex applications can be implemented after advanced training through deep insights into URScript, Toolpath and Remote TCP. Conveyor tracking and advanced force control will also be explored in this training course.

Training provider

Schmachtl as a family owned company is partner for many well known manufacturing companies and service partner for the Austrian industry. As a distributor for Universal robots, we ensure that end users are optimally prepared for the implementation of automation tasks with a robot from Universal Robots.

That includes, the proper training on the robot system. Our training center conveys the necessary knowledge through hands-on trainings. The certified training environment and the didactic hardware setting prepares you for onsite work. A maximum of 2 participants per training station work through the respective modules oft he training.

Meals are provided in our training facilities in Linz.

Practical information

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is received more than 5 business days before the first day of the Training a full refund will be granted. If cancellation is received less than 5 business days before the Training, the participant will be charged 50 % of the activity fee. In case of a participant not showing up for a Training without prior cancellation, the full amount will be charged.

In the event that a Training is cancelled by the Training Provider a full refund of any paid amounts will be granted.

Registration Policy

The Trainings will be open for registration up until 20 business days before the first day of the training. After this date, no further registrations will be accepted.
