Course description
You can implement your first applications within hours or a few days on our cobots. However, you should also be able to troubleshoot potential errors efficiently to keep your cobot’s productivity constant. After completing the OPERATOR (HANDS ON) or CORE TRAINING our SERVICE (LIGHT) TRAINING module provides an introduction to servicing your cobots. You will be training with our certified trainers towards troubleshooting errors in a focused and targeted fashion using practical exercises. This training module is ideal for you if you are responsible for maintaining an Application with a UR robot by replacing defective parts on the robot rather than repairing them yourself. To enable you to do this, we will familiarize you especially with error messages from soft- and hardware in your cobot for you to be able to do this.
You must have completed the UR Academy free e-Learning Core Track before attending this training.

Practical information
Cancellation Policy
If cancellation is received more than 5 business days before the first day of the Training a full refund will be granted. If cancellation is received less than 5 business days before the training, the participant will be charged 50% of the activity fee. In case of a participant not showing up for a training without prior cancellation, the full amount will be charged.
In the event that a Training is cancelled by the Training Provider a full refund of any paid amounts will be granted.
Registration Policy
The Trainings will be open for registration up until 5 business days before the first day of the training. After this date, no further registrations will be accepted.
